Noemi Chavez
Noemi’s journey is a profound story of resilience and determination. She was born and raised for the first 15 years in a small town in Michoacán, Mexico, with little resources but a lot of love. The fourth of six children, she migrated to the United States to pursue greater opportunities, starting her formal education as a 10th grader in high school without knowing how to speak English. Defying the odds, she became the first person to graduate from both college and university from both her mother’s and father’s sides of the family.
In 2024, while earning her master’s degree alongside her husband, Noemi faced immense personal challenges yet still graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA. She attributes her success to her mother, whose unwavering perseverance and lessons in self-reliance taught Noemi that if she doesn’t know how to do something, she must learn it. This philosophy continues to guide her as she helps others, including family members like her sister, find the courage to start their own businesses. In the next five years, she hopes to open her own nonprofit organization to further support underrepresented entrepreneurs.
Through her work and her life, Noemi continues to embody the values of perseverance, education, and empowerment that define her remarkable career and character. She is working to create the possibility of having women authors across the globe share their powerful stories. Her biggest recognition is to see her business students open their own businesses and celebrate with them.

What do you attribute your success to?
First and foremost, I credit my amazing mother. She not only gave me life but instilled great values to live by. She showed me that there are no excuses in life; you have to go out and make things happen. She taught me that if you have the will, you will always find a way to make things work. She proved that a lack of formal education is never an excuse to neglect your children’s education and transform their future. Above all, she demonstrated that having a great attitude and a smile can move mountains.
The next person is my extraordinary husband. From day one, he recognized talents in me that I never knew I possessed. He created the perfect, supportive space for me to flourish and to find the best version of myself every day. He has been my biggest support and my number one fan, offering love and patience every step of the way.
Finally, I owe so much to my two unstoppable, powerful sisters, Erica and Maribel.
Erica showed me what it feels like to celebrate and experience real freedom of self-expression, and that nothing out there can stop us besides God. She showed me the way to living a life on my own terms, transforming my life one area at a time. Through her example, she demonstrated that with focus and perseverance, we can accomplish anything in life—from sports and academics to job performance. She truly created a door of opportunity for all of us.
Maribel, my older sister, gave me her unconditional love and took on the role of my second mother at a really young age. She has a heart the size of the universe and sacrificed her own education to ensure the youngest members of the family received theirs. She would often give us her food to make sure we didn't go to sleep hungry. She is a woman of immense strength, and someone I aspire to be one day.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Find a career that excites you every moment of your life. Be willing to sacrifice enjoyment for the first few years to educate yourself, acquire skills, get yourself out of your comfort zone, and meet the people who can provide the tools and connections to be unstoppable. Always remember that you have something special that makes this world a better place just because you are in it.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Find something you are truly passionate about. That passion is where you'll find the motivation and energy to push through difficult times. Keep your eyes on the goal and resist the temptation of 'shiny objects' or distractions. Success demands time and dedication, so be relentless. Be flexible about the path you take, and be prepared to make new sacrifices to achieve things you've never had before. Always remember: you can conquer anything if you set your mind to it
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is AI, which is rapidly changing the landscape of how online marketing is done. The speed at which this is happening is hard to keep up with, so we are constantly holding training sessions to teach our clients how to leverage AI to improve sales, operations, and office activities
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important value for me is honesty. There is nothing if you can't trust yourself and other people. All the decisions that I make are based on trusting that, in the end, I will be able to trust that it was done. I have a really high bar for myself and the people around me—from loved ones, family, friends, coworkers, and people in the community—to stay honest and real. I believe that with this foundation, all the things in this life can be accomplished in no time.
