Ten minutes with Noemi

01What do you attribute your success to?

I grew up in a family of very strong women, and I'm surrounded by very strong woman as well, like, my friends, they're all, like, super supportive, strong, smart, ladies. And, I would say consistency, discipline, and, I just love learning, and... And, in a way, I'm competitive, but with myself. To be a bit better. Tomorrow than I was today. something that I learned from my grandmother.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The biggest limitation you have is the one that you put yourself. So... If you want to apply for a director position, for a manager position, for a VP position, whatever, she's like, do it. The worst thing they can say is no. Don't stop yourself from doing it, just because you don't think you have what it takes.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

There's a lot of opportunities in it, and although it can be challenging, it's a lot of fun, and it's very rewarding.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Work-life balance. I love working. I truly enjoy it. But at the same time, sometimes I just go, go, go, go, go... I've been working more on, on finding that balance.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity. Honesty. And... consistency. I'm a firm believer that your actions have to match your words. ... positivism. I'm just a positive, happy person by nature.
