01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to believe in themselves, take up space, and never be afraid to ask questions or pursue opportunities outside their comfort zones. You don’t have to know everything when you’re starting out; what matters is staying curious, continuing to grow, and being patient with yourself. Most importantly, you should never feel that you have to choose between being ambitious and being authentic—stay true to who you are, trust what you want, and keep pushing yourself forward.
