Norah Wilson is an aesthetician and assistant laser practitioner who has been licensed and working in the esthetics industry since 2023. She earned her esthetician license after attending the Health and Style Institute and also holds a laser license obtained through Germany as well as a notary license. Norah specializes in intuitive touch and holistic all-natural skincare regimens, often consulting with clients on their lifestyle and routines to develop personalized at-home approaches before recommending treatments. Her professional path includes early sales experience at Chick-fil-A and mall kiosks, followed by advancing from front desk to assistant manager at European Wax Center where she was the highest-grossing employee averaging thirty thousand dollars monthly in wax passes. She opened her own aesthetics business during a period of unemployment and has used her notary skills to assist other estheticians with licensing processes.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You just have to do it, and you have to allow yourself to fail spectacularly. I think that you learn a lot in failure, and you see so much of what you can do, and what you can't do, when you allow yourself to do that.
