Norma Davis
Norma Davis is the President and CEO of Sivad Noel Consulting, a Florida-certified woman-owned, veteran-owned, and minority-owned consulting firm specializing in project management, procurement, workforce development, and federal contracting. With over 25 years of professional experience across technology, operations, government contracting, and entrepreneurship, she has a proven track record of leading multimillion-dollar initiatives while building programs that advance women in male-dominated industries. Norma is also co-founder and senior pastor (with her husband) of Love Alive Church, where she provides visionary leadership and community impact through ministry, workforce programs, and leadership training.
Throughout her career, Norma has demonstrated expertise in program and project management, business process improvement, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and team development. She is recognized for her ability to implement enterprise-wide solutions, drive organizational efficiency, and mentor the next generation of leaders. Norma’s work emphasizes integrity, resilience, and empowerment, particularly in helping women and underserved communities achieve professional growth and success.
She holds a Doctorate in Philosophy and Religious Studies from St. Thomas Christian University, three master’s degrees from Trident University International in Business Administration, Leadership, and Homeland Security, and a Bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management. Norma is a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®). She has been named to the 2026 class of “Women to Know in Florida” and continues to champion workforce development, women’s advancement, and community leadership initiatives.

I attribute my success to my passion and my desire to help others. Staying focused on making a positive impact has driven me to push forward, take on challenges, and create opportunities for those around me.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that, as a woman, you have to choose yourself. Prioritizing your growth, your goals, and your opportunities is essential to achieving success and making an impact in your career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is helping women who have been ignored or overlooked recognize their value. I believe if there’s no table for you, you create your own. This means advocating for yourself, embracing entrepreneurship, and stepping confidently into spaces where your voice and expertise are needed.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, character, resilience, and empowerment. I strive to lead and live with these principles at the center of everything I do.
