What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my perseverance, strong work ethic, and my willingness to step into roles that once felt intimidating. By staying consistent, taking things one day at a time, and refusing to sell myself short, I’ve been able to grow into leadership roles and thrive in the fast-paced world of commercial leasing and operations.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to persevere, trust your abilities, and push past fear—because I once doubted myself too, yet consistency, confidence, and a willingness to grow opened doors I never imagined.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in commercial leasing right now is visibility, especially when working in an industrial park with limited foot traffic. At the same time, this challenge has sparked exciting opportunities for innovation, including AI-driven tools that automate client inquiries and make it easier to match prospective tenants with the right office space.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value teamwork, humility, and authenticity in both my work and personal life, because I believe real success comes from supporting others, staying grounded, and creating a positive environment wherever I am. Outside of work, I stay balanced by enjoying salsa dancing, spending time with my family, and pursuing hobbies that keep me active and connected to the things I love.
