What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of deep curiosity, resilience, and the example set by my grandfather, whose life demonstrated integrity, care, incredible resilience and compassion, and a profound engagement with humanity and life. He was accomplished in his own right, deeply devoted to knowledge and reading, and made a practice of saying hello to everyone on the street, showing care and connection in the small moments. His example inspired my own commitment to understanding people and the world around me.
I care deeply about others and the world, bringing relational insight and an understanding of human differences and dynamics to every connection. My work and engagement are guided by a desire to impact others meaningfully and to act as a catalyst for profound positive transformation.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I ever received was to not be afraid to change direction until I find something that truly aligns with me. Even when I land in the right space, I was reminded not to assume it is permanent but to stay open, follow my heart, and let my work evolve. I try to pursue success that comes from alignment and from work that feels joyful and meaningful.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women is to sharpen their intuition and trust it, even when others may not agree or when things do not seem to make logical sense. You know yourself best, and that small inner voice often knows what feels right, what will work, and what will not. Learning to listen to it can guide you toward choices and paths that are truly aligned with who you are and the life you want to create.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I believe one of the biggest challenges in the field is the combination of over demand and over saturation. Many people are drawn to becoming therapists, sometimes obtaining credentials without gaining the necessary skills to create healing rather than harm, while clients who need support often struggle to find the right therapist for their needs. There is a lack of systems to guide these connections effectively.
At the same time, technology is advancing rapidly, while mental health care models have remained relatively slow to adapt. The rise of AI presents both opportunities and risks: it could expand access to care and support healing in new ways, but it also raises concerns around client privacy and overall mental stability. Navigating these shifts thoughtfully is both a challenge and an opening for innovation in how we provide meaningful, ethical, and accessible mental health care.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me are truthfulness, authenticity, care, and integrity. I believe humans deserve to receive the truth, especially in a world that often leans on gaslighting or disconnects people from their intuition, from their own truth, and from what is good for the planet. I see truth as healing and empowering. I try to share it with empathy and awareness, stay curious about people and the world, and use what I learn to support growth and positive change for others and the communities I am part of.
