Senior proposal and business operations professional with a technical foundation in electrical engineering and deep experience supporting energy and industrial projects. Currently a Senior Proposal Specialist at Missouri University of Science and Technology, leading pre-award business operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. federal regulations, and supporting industry-sponsored research partnerships—including work connected to energy and utilities stakeholders such as ERCOT and corporate sponsors like Pioneer Natural Resources and ExxonMobil. Previously served as a Business Development Engineer and as a Contract and Proposal Engineer at Petromaint, developing and translating complex solutions for power systems, substation modernization, microgrids, DER integration, and mission-critical facilities. Earlier roles include executive coordination in a CEO’s office and grant/contract administration, with strengths in budgeting, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Currently pursuing an MBA and a master’s in Economics and Energy Innovation at Missouri S&T.
