Her Interview

Ten minutes with Nupur

01What do you attribute your success to?

Success is not measured by the number of ladders climbed but by how I have helped or impacted others like juniors who look up to me. It is about giving back and having a stable smooth life where I know where I am standing.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

No matter how small the job is, you have to do it and that's how you learn. Grab opportunities even if unsure, learn on the go, work hard, and never stop learning.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Grow your career as you go without needing everything figured out. Focus on financial independence, know your finances, know how to make more money.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI is continuously changing and diversifying the field. Need to keep learning and knowing what's going on to leverage AI for daily uses with prompts, but it will not replace jobs easily.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Respect in communication both giving and receiving. Clear boundary between personal and professional life. Being a team player, voicing appreciation for good work, and having mentors for guidance.
