01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Confidence is key. It can be male-dominated like most fields. If you lead with confidence, that's your best. Before, no one wants to follow someone who's unsure. If you're not sure, fake it till you make it.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In my personal life, faith first and how I move about life in general. With work, discipline is a big thing, and then fostering and building good relationships, so probably loyalty.
