About Nytasia
I am endlessly curious about people and their behavior. I believe our experiences shape us but don't have to define us. I support clients in therapy while also evaluating digital mental health products to make them more accessible, especially for communities facing barriers. My path started from childhood observations about different perceptions and grew into addressing mental health access issues through both therapy and technology.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It is one of the most rewarding yet demanding industries. The passion for it has to supersede what you expect you'll get out of it. Prioritize yourself and have a therapist because you are taking on your own as well as other people's experiences. It's a journey for yourself too.
