What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the journey that led me here. I earned a degree in computer science and spent 21 years working in IT, which gave me a strong foundation in problem-solving and discipline. After becoming a mother, I chose to stay home to raise my child, and six months ago I found my true calling helping people achieve their dreams of property ownership.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be true to myself, keep moving forward, and always keep my options open. This mindset has helped me stay resilient, adaptable, and open to new opportunities throughout my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to believe in themselves and know that they have the power to create change and make a real difference. Don’t be afraid to pivot, explore new paths, or change careers when needed—growth often comes from being adaptable and open to new opportunities.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in real estate right now is navigating a competitive and ever-changing market while still delivering exceptional service. At the same time, it’s an incredible opportunity to help clients achieve their dreams by finding the perfect property or land that meets their needs and aspirations.
