Odunayo Pinheiro is a Quality Auditor and independent contractor specializing in clinical research, quality control, and quality auditing. She entered the field in July 2019 after initial exposure through college research labs and a manufacturing internship, starting as a quality control associate in laboratory and clinic environments before advancing to Quality Auditor. After leaving her initial company, she transitioned to independent work, which she continues today. Pinheiro attributes her success to her faith, a strong family support system, and friends who help keep her grounded. She aspires to expand her impact as a Clinical Research Associate, focusing on site qualifications to improve standards across Phase 1 clinical sites.
