Ofelia Rodriguez

I am a human resources leader with over a decade of experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development across global manufacturing, education technology, and consumer goods sectors, currently serving as Corporate HR Director at Hultec, a role I have held since August 2023, where I lead human resources for a global organization with products sold in over one hundred countries, a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of gaskets, pipe sealing solutions, and other rubber products primarily for water, wastewater, stormwater, and other industrial markets.

Prior to this role, I served as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Manager at EveryDay Labs for nearly two years, where I supported HR operations and employee relations for an organization using behavioral science and data science to reduce chronic absenteeism and support over one million students nationwide. I also served as HR and Payroll Manager at STEMscopes by Accelerate Learning, Inc. for over two years, where I managed HR and payroll operations for a curriculum serving more than four million students, as HR Manager at Polytex Fibers Corp for three years, where I led four direct reports in caring for six hundred employees in a twenty-four-seven manufacturing plant, and as Senior HR Generalist at Igloo Products Corp for nearly three years, where I supported manufacturing and corporate operations.
