About Ola
Ola Litkova is the founder of Cocoa Studio, a Miami-based creative agency specializing in branding solutions, video materials, strategy and growth, marketing, experiential marketing, and the implementation of technologies such as AI and mixed reality for brand communications. She moved from Ukraine to the United States 15 years ago, initially living in Los Angeles where she ran a video production company that was later acquired by a larger entity, allowing her to serve as in-house production for an aviation startup in Florida. Drawing from this experience with startups and technology, she launched an educational startup focused on storytelling in mixed reality for children, which was adapted for mental health support in Ukraine, before establishing her current agency that serves clients in MedTech, AdTech, FinTech, and other sectors. Litkova holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and a degree in management of entertainment business, both earned in Ukraine from National University Shevchenko and National University of Art and Culture. She manages a team of five employees and 15 to 20 freelancers worldwide while balancing her role as a single mother. She attributes her professional success to never stopping and maintaining belief in positive outcomes, values trust, resilience, and accountability, and advises combining creativity with discipline for consistent achievement.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Never stopping, and constantly believing that there is light at the end of the tunnel. It's always something much more beautiful where you're going to feel yourself, and of course continue. You're just going, never stopping.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The balance and combination of being creative and being disciplined both together. It's never one-sided. It's not ever overnight success or one-time solution. It's a consistent, disciplined approach with a lot of creative ideas that can make the success possible.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
They should believe that each one of them have a very strong value proposition, because all of us are very unique and have something to offer to the client or to the public or to the audiences that we work for. Believing that I have something unique to offer is probably the most important that drives me in my career.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The opportunity is the startup nature here in Miami is growing and a lot of companies coming here and opening the offices. We are expanding tremendously in the healthcare field right now. The challenge is learning how to accept now and growing, because it's not always happening the way you want it. It's the precision, discipline, dedication.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Trust should be perfect. Resilience, probably a second. And accountability. You learn through different situations in your life, and then you understand that you want to trust and be trusted. You want to be accountable. Everything is not American dream, but it is a possibility if you keep going.
