About Olga
Olga Lavrinenko is an office manager at Senior Home Care, a large franchise-based company with locations across the United States, where she works at the Virginia franchise close to her home. In this role, she manages office operations, implements automation such as automated emails and system integrations, and ensures that phone calls, messages, and caregiver notes are captured in the client database for efficient status checks. Her career journey began in Russia, where she served as secretary of the board and a lawyer, earned recognition as the best lawyer for several years, and worked as a military assistant for five years. After moving to the United States with her husband, she held positions as a procurement specialist, executive assistant, and office manager, later working at a law company in Maryland before transitioning to her current position in home care. She holds a master's degree in computer science and a master's degree in corporate law from Russia, a professional diploma in management from the Open University of Great Britain, Quality Assurance courses completed in the United States, Scrum Master Certification, and API professional certification. She applies her technical background to streamline processes in her workplace. Outside of her professional duties, Lavrinenko volunteers for seniors in her county by delivering food and supporting local systems, an activity that inspired her move into the home care field.
