01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say especially this is an advice that I would give to myself when I was younger. You are welcome you have space even though it doesn't look like it sometimes. And you should feel entitled to be curious and ask questions because those are gonna really show others that you're curious that you want to grow. When I started my career because specifically because I was younger I felt like I was questioned a lot or that because I look young even though I was a professional some people wouldn't look at me in the same with the same seriousness. It's good to always feel like you are also important you are there and you have the right to raise your voice and ask questions and be curious and always try to be open to feedback but also open to learn from others. Everyone can teach you something.
