Her Interview
Ten minutes with Olga
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice would be never give up, never stop, there is always something you don't know, and once you learn something, share with those that don't and let them decide if they want to use this information or not. I have multiple degrees in different areas and the more I learn the more I understand we don't know much.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Education and knowledge are key. First of all being a human, making friends, communicating, embracing and enjoying diversity because this is the most important thing that empowers us in this world. Open your mind, there are so many experiences out there that go learn and spread the word.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Opportunities: in our fragile world creativity is the missing part everywhere from politics to any area of expertise. Anyone benefits from this. We have more than 40 different creativity courses. Challenges: we are the only Institute of Creative Thinking so far, it is novel so people are skeptical, and funding since we do everything ourselves without loans or grants.
