Her Interview
Ten minutes with Olivia
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
There's nothing wrong with showing enthusiasm. I'm a very authentic person and I try to be. I was told one time, like, never be afraid to come off as exactly who you are, because that will set you up to be in a place where you're accepted, and that will also set you up to be in a place where you can be yourself, and you want someone to be excited about you as much as you are about them.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity is probably one of my biggest ones. I value honesty slash integrity, and then determination... discipline, fearless... when adversity comes your way, being able to find a way through... not giving up.
