About Olivia

Olivia Cestra serves as a Senior Account Executive at Brand Fuel, a B Corp company in the promotional products industry. She began her career in the field in 2017 after graduating from Indiana University, where she studied at the Kelley School of Business. Prior to her current position, which she started in early 2026, she progressed from coordinator to account manager. In her role, Olivia brings on new clients aligned with Brand Fuel's values and assists them in building and developing their brands through promotional products, rebranding efforts, and recognition programs for employees and clients. She takes pride in successfully launching and sustaining a brand internationally, managing sourcing needs across India, Brazil, Europe, and the United States. Olivia attributes her professional success to the supportive leadership at Brand Fuel, who have guided her through challenges, and to her husband. She values trust, empathy, organization, patience, and loyalty in both her work and personal life, and she is actively involved with the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh alongside her husband.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Olivia

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes from my genuine desire to sell, build meaningful relationships with my clients, and ultimately make people happy. I truly love connecting with people and finding solutions that make their lives easier and exceed their expectations. I also attribute a great deal of my success to the support and advice of my husband, who is an incredible businessman, as well as the strong leadership and mentorship I’ve received at Brand Fuel.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to build relationships and always take care of your clients. People want to work with people they trust, and I truly believe that if you work hard, are responsive, and genuinely care about making your clients happy, the rest will follow.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Never be afraid to put yourself out there or ask for what you want. Whether that means asking for an opportunity, asking for someone’s business, or simply putting yourself in a position that feels a little uncomfortable.. don’t be afraid to go after it. There may be a million other people who do what I do, but there is only one me. Your personality, your relationships, and the way you make people feel are what set you apart!

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge right now is keeping up with the constantly changing economic climate, including tariffs and frequent price changes. It requires us to stay flexible and proactive so we can continue to provide the best solutions for our clients.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Trust. Empathy. Organization. Patience. Loyalty.
