About Olivia
Olivia Cincinnati is a broadcast media, on-air talent, radio production, sports media, digital content, social media, and public engagement professional. She currently serves as On-Air Personality for Hits 106.3 and produces two ESPN shows at LM Communications in Lexington, Kentucky. A recent graduate of the University of Kentucky, she holds a certificate in sports branding, promotion, and communication. Her role involves creating on-air content, audio production, show preparation, live events, station promotions, social media content creation, and audience engagement. She highlights local events, charitable organizations, and community activities, including a recent Clear the Shelter event for an animal shelter. Olivia also runs the ESPN and HITS social media pages and aims to pursue sideline reporting or on-air TV personality roles in the future.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take any opportunity you can, especially networking events. Don't be afraid to take chances even if scared. Be persistent, keep applying to jobs, don't give up. Get out of your bubble, network, and it will all work out.
