Ten minutes with Olivia

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a deep commitment to people and a passion for improving healthcare through both leadership and teamwork. I began my career as a Medical Assistant in the cardiac service line, where I spent 15 years building clinical expertise and developing a clear understanding of what effective, supportive leadership should look like. That experience shaped my approach today as Supervisor of Clinic Operations for a growing electrophysiology program, where I lead 91 teammates while working alongside them as part of the team. I focus on strengthening culture, improving workflows, and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and heard. My leadership is rooted in lived experience and a commitment to being the kind of leader I once needed, and I measure success not only by operational outcomes, but by the positive impact I have on people and the culture we build together.
