Her Story
About Olufisayo
I've been in consulting for 11 years, and I'm currently the founder of Tacking Park Global, which I started 2 years ago. My career began in 2015 at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where I spent over 6 years advising clients across multiple industries including healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and fintech on scaling their businesses, tax structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. I then moved to the United States to pursue my MBA at Arizona State University, where I majored in entrepreneurship and marketing. During my MBA, I worked as a business strategy intern at Microsoft, helping expand their private equity business by creating roadmaps to sell products to portfolio companies affiliated with private equity firms. After graduation, I joined Amazon in 2022 as a strategy and operations lead, doing high-velocity, high-impact work. As an international professional, I needed to navigate the permanent residency process, and through my research, I discovered the EB1A extraordinary ability pathway (the Einstein visa). I successfully applied and received approval in just 8 days in February 2024. This experience revealed a gap in awareness about this pathway, which inspired me to start Tacking Park Global. I began by providing educational services and awareness programs, then built out a team and incorporated my company. Today, I focus on immigration consulting, go-to-market strategy, and business consulting, helping qualified professionals navigate the EB1A visa process. I'm also a digital creator with over 39,000 followers across YouTube and Instagram, where I share educational content. This creative work not only serves as a channel for client acquisition but also contributed to my own EB1A approval through awards and recognition in the digital creator space.

01What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I would say government policies are the biggest challenge, because this landscape is heavily regulated. Immigration policies that come out from time to time can affect the reception of our clients or our audience to our services. There are times where perhaps there's a ban on certain countries, or there's a delay, or they're just not processing green cards at the time. I would say that's a huge challenge that's outside of our control - it's majorly federally regulated, government regulated. So that's one big challenge that we have to deal with in this space.
