What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
When asked what advice I would give to young women entering this industry, I always emphasize the importance of being clear about what you truly want. Define your goals early, and let that clarity guide your decisions. Stay passionate about your work, and never allow perceived barriers or limitations to define what you believe is possible for yourself.
I also encourage young women to take consistent, intentional action toward their goals. Progress is built through persistence and daily commitment. Most importantly, do not give up. Challenges will come, but resilience, focus, and unwavering belief in your vision will set you apart and carry you forward.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The accounting industry is known for its ongoing regulatory updates and rapid technological advancements. I see it as a positive challenge because it encourages both myself and others to continuously improve, develop new skills, and stay current with evolving industry trends.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life center on making a meaningful impact. I believe in adding value wherever I am placed—whether in an organization, a team, or my community.
