About Omolola
Omolola Olusegun has built a career spanning network marketing for nearly two decades, including top executive roles in Africa, before transitioning to digital marketing over four years ago after obtaining a Google certification. She recently ventured into AI automation in February 2025, drawn by its potential to automate sales and services globally. Holding a BSc earned in Nigeria along with a real estate certification, Omolola plans to work remotely from her home in Providence, Rhode Island, while coaching others online in AI automation and product sales. She is actively involved in professional and community organizations, including membership in the Rhode Island Black Business Association and serving as president of the Good Women group at her church, where she participates in community evangelism. Her advice to young women is to believe in themselves, never give up despite challenges, and not limit themselves based on accent, background, or origin.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself. That you can do anything. Don't let anybody limit you. Irrespective of whatever pain comes your way, never give up. Don't limit yourself irrespective of your accent, background or where you come from. Let people see who you are, don't hide yourself.
