Padmaja Sridharan

I have been a software engineer for 13 years, working across diverse domains including payments, automobile, and airlines. My career began with HP (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) where I worked for 3 years, followed by Altimetric where I worked for PayPal. After a maternity break, I continued with HCL at Caterpillar for about two and a half years, then returned to PayPal via Aditya Consulting, and later shifted to SunSmart System where I worked for the MeteorCom client for 6 months. Currently, I am based in Redmond, USA, working with Southwest Airlines as a client. What drives me is my interest in solving complex problems that can facilitate or ease the technical usage for customers across different domains. My typical day involves leading daily stand-up meetings, unblocking team issues, conducting code reviews, designing applications and frameworks, and coordinating with functional teams and stakeholders. I have been recognized for my contributions with a Best Process Owner Award for reviewing and maintaining Agile methodology processes, and a Delivery Excellence Award for my work on Wi-Fi technology inside flights.
