Ten minutes with Paige
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to maintaining a positive attitude and being flexible and adaptable to change. The only constant in your career is change. I always stay hungry to learn and understand, never assume that you know it all, but always seek to learn and understand from others. I've sought opportunities in times of change rather than going against the grain.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
A positive attitude goes a long ways... you set the tone in that room with your attitude. And just being flexible and adaptable to change. The only constant in your career is change.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
We always look to pull each other up... Support each other in everything that you do... seek to help each other. You guys are both in it for the same thing, so you're on the same team.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
When you start to work for a big company, the challenge can be the agility. You want to make a big impact, but there's so many hoops... red tape... However, there is a lot of opportunity when you have the right people in place, that you can really make a change and make a difference in these patients' lives.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being a mother has given me a whole new appreciation for women in general. Moms are absolute superheroes... balance and flexibility and adaptability... In my home life, it's really prioritizing my family and my faith. In my job, helping others... bringing the best product and best therapies.
