01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Maintain my core values and let that lead the way. Have a professional presence. Reaction to things is integral to navigating almost anything. Stay calm in the eye of the storm.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't be afraid to follow your calling. If you have a nuance of what you'd like to do and you get inspired by it, go for that. Bring in more of what inspires you most. Self-care needs to be a priority. If you truly love what you're doing, there's no stopping you.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty, respect, integrity. Professional presence. Alignment with staff on core values.
