Her Interview
Ten minutes with Paige
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a consistent drive to improve patient care. In healthcare, when employees feel supported and are able to work efficiently, they can dedicate more time and attention to delivering high-quality care. Ultimately, that commitment to enhancing both staff effectiveness and patient outcomes is what guides and motivates everything I do.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never stop learning. Continuous learning keeps me adaptable, helps me grow professionally, and ensures I can consistently bring value to my work over time.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to keep an open mind and remain receptive to new ideas and approaches. Processes can often be improved beyond what they initially appear to be, and being willing to question, learn, and adapt can lead to better outcomes. Staying curious and open to continuous improvement will help you grow and make a meaningful impact in your role.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In consulting, one of the biggest challenges and opportunities right now is recognizing that every client is unique. Ensuring that the solutions we design and implement are truly tailored to each organization’s specific needs requires a thoughtful, flexible, and collaborative approach. At the same time, this diversity creates opportunities to innovate and refine strategies that can deliver more meaningful and sustainable impact for each client.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Ultimately, a caring spirit for others is probably the most important for me. For me, that looks like the best customer experience when I'm working with my clients, but ultimately that could look like many different things as well.
