She attributes her success to tenacity, having navigated career milestones alongside raising two children and other life events like the COVID period while maintaining a drive for continuous improvement and leading by example. Holland advises young women entering the industry to bring their full voice and perspective to the table without hesitation, ensuring their opinions are heard.

Ten minutes with Paige

01What do you attribute your success to?

My tenacity. I've had times in my career when I started this job 11 years ago, I didn't have any kids. Through this, I've had 2 kids, I've had COVID, all kinds of life experiences. I've always just found a way. I'm also someone that's never satisfied, so while I've got something, I'm like, that's great, but I'm going to go for bigger or go more. I always try to lead by example too, especially for my kids.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't worry about what you bring to the table, just bring the table with you. Like, you have a seat. You have a voice, so just make sure that you're... don't let your opinion fall to the wayside. Make yourself known. Make sure that even if non-men in the room have an opinion and you don't agree with it, speak up. Like, you're here for a reason.
