Paige Jolly

I've been in my field since 2018, starting right after I graduated from Roger Williams University with a bachelor's in legal studies and sociology. My first role was as a recruiter at Robert Half, a large staffing organization, where I recruited finance individuals and administrative professionals for about 6 months. I wanted to transition to work for a software company, so I joined Definitive Healthcare, where I spent the majority of my professional tenure - a little over 6 years. I initially worked with staffing companies as my clients, supporting them in my role. About halfway through my time there, I moved into the life sciences space, working with biopharma companies, life sciences companies, and pharmaceutical companies in a customer success capacity, selling a software service. Most recently, I moved to Viva Systems, where I've been for two and a half years since February 2024. I work on the data side, specifically with claims data and APLD data. I work directly with our small-medium business pharmaceutical customers, including rare disease customers, customers who haven't launched a drug yet, and commercial customers who have launched drugs. My day is split 80-20, with 80% working on customer requests like new customer kickoff calls, training calls, implementations, and technical calls to ensure they're ingesting the data correctly and accurately. I'm really a subject matter expert on the data we're supplying customers. A lot of commercial teams leverage this information for their go-to-market strategies, so I make sure they're capitalizing on the full potential of the data itself. The other 20% of my time goes to internal needs like creating documentation, best practice guides, user guides, and helping with onboarding other people on my team.
