Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to curiosity, resilience, and a healthy dose of defiance. It's in my nature to keep going, even when the path is unclear or challenging. Curiosity drives me to keep learning and exploring new ideas, resilience allows me to adapt and grow through setbacks, and my defiant spirit pushes me to challenge limits and exceed expectations rather than accept them.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is not to take feedback personally. Viewing feedback as a tool for growth rather than a reflection of my worth has allowed me to learn, improve, and move forward with confidence—especially in challenging or high-pressure environments.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to be confident, trust your instincts, and never be afraid to speak up. Your perspective matters, and your voice has value—own it, even when it feels uncomfortable or intimidating.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and greatest opportunities—in my field right now is the rapid advancement of AI technology. While it requires continuous learning and adaptation, it also offers powerful tools to increase efficiency, enhance decision-making, and create innovative solutions that were not previously possible.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, accountability, empathy, honesty, respect, kindness, and authenticity. These principles guide how I show up, make decisions, and build meaningful, trusting relationships with others.
