About Paige
Paige Pierce is a seasoned entrepreneur, business developer, and community leader serving as Director of Operations and Co-Owner of On a Mission Remodeling, a family-owned construction and remodeling company she operates with her husband in Venice, Florida. Since joining the company in 2017, Paige has played a central role in growing the business, drawing on her background in marketing, nonprofit leadership, event planning, administration, and community engagement. She oversees business development, sales, estimates, marketing, and customer relationships, helping guide the company’s growth into a design-focused remodeling business serving Sarasota and Charlotte counties. Throughout her career, Paige has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, entrepreneurship, and community service. Before focusing on remodeling, she held leadership positions including Founding President of Positive Life Choices, Inc., Executive Administrator at Church of the Holy Spirit, Executive Director of the South Venice Civic Association and Beach Trust, and owner of Sunnytime Rentals. Her community work has included organizing major events such as the Venice Business Expo, which attracted more than 2,000 attendees and generated revenue for the organization, as well as coordinating many successful fundraisers. Her professional strengths include entrepreneurship, leadership, management, marketing, team building, and special-event development. One of Paige’s most meaningful professional accomplishments is using her business to give back through mission-driven remodeling projects. She has helped lead efforts to provide free renovation services to families experiencing significant hardship, including a project for a young family whose daughter was receiving treatment for leukemia at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. By coordinating tradespeople, subcontractors, and donated services, Paige and her team worked to create a safer, more comfortable home so the family could focus on their daughter’s recovery. Her approach to business is grounded in integrity, service, hard work, and family, values that continue to shape both her leadership and her commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to integrity, strong values, and a strong work ethic. Growing up in a small town taught me the importance of hard work and staying grounded, while watching my entrepreneurial father navigate both successes and failures taught me resilience, persistence, and the courage to keep moving forward.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to prioritize self-love and personal well-being. When you take care of yourself and do what fulfills you, you’re better equipped to inspire, mentor, and positively influence others, including younger professionals and your own children.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Dream big, but stay grounded.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is being a woman in construction, where I sometimes encounter mansplaining and an economic climate that has slowed the industry. I choose to view every challenge as an opportunity to grow and make a difference. As a woman overseeing a project, I bring a practical, relatable perspective and can better connect with other women who are directly involved in the space, creating a more meaningful and functional result than simply focusing on aesthetics.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important value in both my work and personal life is family. No amount of money or business success comes before family. I extend that same belief to my employees, encouraging them to prioritize their families and take the time they need because, ultimately, family comes first.
