What do you attribute your success to?
Success, for me, has never been about shortcuts or overnight wins. It’s been a journey shaped by relentless hard work, a positive mindset, and the ability to stay resilient through life’s curveballs. I’ve leaned into strong relationships, made thoughtful decisions when it counted, and yes, been fortunate enough to cross paths with incredible people whose support came at just the right time. But if I had to pinpoint the true foundation of who I am, it would be my parents. Their guidance, sacrifices, and unwavering belief in me laid the groundwork for every opportunity I’ve had. My mother, in particular, has been my greatest inspiration—a woman of extraordinary love, strength, and perseverance. Her quiet courage and constant motivation continue to fuel me every single day. My story isn’t just about personal achievement, it’s about the power of family, the strength of character, and the grace that comes from never giving up.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to prioritize networking, cultivate strong relationships, work diligently, and stay persistent. My experience on both sides of medical malpractice cases has provided me with a unique perspective and distinct advantage in my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Put in the work and stay true to your values. Keep chasing your goals with determination and heart, but don’t be afraid to move, explore, and evolve. Especially when you’re young, growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing new challenges. Loyalty and ambition will carry you far, but adaptability will take you even further.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, I really value balance, empathy, and kindness. Honesty matters deeply to me, as does staying curious and open to new experiences. And above all, carving out meaningful time with friends and loved ones is what keeps me grounded.
