Her Story
About Pamela
Pamela Glatter holds a degree in psychology. After her youngest son was born with profound autism, she sought a career with greater flexibility and entered the promotional products and apparel industry, selling on straight commission. She spent 25 years in that field while dedicating significant time to advocacy and volunteer work, serving on numerous autism-related boards. Drawing from her experience navigating the system for 28 years, she founded Autism Navigation Solutions as an LLC, which she is working to establish as a nonprofit. Through this venture, she creates practical resources, educational programming, and workshops for the autism and caregiver community, including materials for IEP and ISP meetings, a webinar series, and journaling workshops for parents. Her background in branding and promotional products informs her current focus on content creation and marketing to deliver tools in accessible formats for busy caregivers.
