About Pamela

Ifeoma IfeanyiEzeukwu serves as the Owner and CEO of Pico Digital, where she helps professionals build additional income streams through structured online business models in attraction marketing. With 4 years in the industry, she draws on her background in management, mentorship, leadership, community leadership, and digital skills training, including AI mentoring. She earned a BS in Management from Grand Canyon University and holds a diploma in Advertising and Public Relations. Ifeoma is affiliated with the Public Relations Association in Nigeria and the American Association of Management Professionals. She volunteers with St. Jude's and Rotary, and attributes her success to hard work, consistency, resilience, and family support. The best career advice she has received is not to focus on one thing but to seek other ways to improve and learn continuously. She advises young women entering the field to know what they want, set goals, plan ahead, maintain a vision board, stay focused, avoid distractions, and persist through obstacles without quitting. In her view, the biggest challenge is overcoming skepticism about internet-based businesses due to scams, while opportunities include flexible growth at one's own pace, generational income potential up to the eighth generation, transferable pension benefits, location independence with just a phone and internet, and building a lasting legacy.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Pamela

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work, consistency, resilience, and my family support.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is not to focus on one thing. Even though you have a career, look for other ways to improve yourself. Learn along the lines.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

First of all, know what you want. You have to decide what you want, and why you want that. Have a goal. Plan ahead the route to the achievement of your goal. Have a vision board. Be focused on your daily activities and make sure you stick to them. Save out every noise around you and be focused. Do not allow anything to derail you. Quitting shouldn't be an option. Work around obstacles. If you fail, don't remain on the ground. Dust yourself up, find out why, and continue moving.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is having people believe you are not fraudulent because the business is internet-based with many scams. Opportunities include room for growth at your own pace, building generational income up to the 8th generation, pension benefits transferable to loved ones, flexibility to work from anywhere with a phone and internet, and building a legacy for future generations.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty and integrity. Unto others what you wish them to do unto you.
