Known as a case acceptance specialist, Pamela helps dental teams improve treatment plan conversions, ensuring patients receive the care they need while practices thrive.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to learn as much as you can to strengthen your career and always be caring toward both colleagues and patients.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now are rising costs and inflation, but they also present opportunities to better advocate for clients while navigating and battling insurance claims on their behalf.
