Her Story
About Pamela
My background is in education. I began as a special education teacher at a nonprofit, and that kind of led to my passion for working with nonprofit and at-risk youth. Then I went into nonprofit management and ended up in school administration. Now I'm back in nonprofit management while having started my own consulting company with my business partner, Dr. Sandra Clavelli. We're trying to bring balance back into classrooms and various organizations by really just regrouping, re-centering, and prioritizing, so that way we can come up with plans for classrooms, strategic planning on larger scales, and things of that nature. We consult with various day camps, before and after school club programs, school districts, and therapeutic day schools, talking about problematic behavior with students. We also support administration in keeping and retaining teachers, because teachers are leaving the field at astounding rates. A lot of it is trying to save that profession of teaching. We provide behavior plans for the classroom, behavior management plans, and plans for how to work with difficult parents so administrators don't feel like they have to cave to parents and they can support good educators. It's really about identifying what the root problem is going on in the school or the organization and where we need to go from there. My business partner and I co-wrote a book together called 'Bringing Balance into the Classroom,' which was self-published through Amazon in November 2025. That's something we are very proud of. We've been working on this business for closer to 7 years now. It's been a labor of love.
