About Pamela
I've been in the pest control industry for 23 years, all with Massey Services, Inc., and I've been serving as office manager for 13 years. I feel like I run a great office, and my team is superb. A lot of my day involves customer interaction, taking phone calls, putting out fires, helping my general manager with various duties, as well as billing and reports. But what I really love is mentoring. I feel that we need to support and teach the generations behind us to be better leaders. I enjoy mentoring the younger generation so that one day they can run an office of their own in the best possible way.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My Dad taught me to work hard for what I want. I have a strong work ethic due to him.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My thoughts for our youger generation; work hard for what you want. Have a strong work ethic. Learn from the older generation and then pass that along as you grow. Life can get stressful, try to stay calm. Work with your team.
