Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my dedication, strong values, and the ability to follow my heart in both my personal and professional life. With over 22 years of experience, I’m now transitioning into the field of legal nursing—a new chapter that allows me to blend my expertise with my passion for helping others. Outside of work, I find balance and joy on our family ranch, where I enjoy spending time with my husband and our animals. I also love crocheting, making homemade jelly and soap, and raising chickens. I believe that staying true to your personal beliefs and letting your heart guide you is the key to a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are family, dedication, and community. My mother, Jean, my children, and my husband, Jim, are my greatest inspirations—they remind me daily of the importance of love, support, and perseverance. I also find fulfillment in leading three crochet clubs, where I can share creativity and connection with others. Attending my grandchildren’s sports events brings me immense joy and pride, reinforcing the value of being present for those you love. I deeply appreciate the support system and great training that have shaped my journey, and I strive to give back that same encouragement to others in all that I do.
