Pamela Sieger

She is a dedicated education leader and advanced learner specialist with over a decade of experience in gifted education, English instruction, and student development across virtual and traditional learning environments. Currently serving as Executive Director at K12, she provides strategic leadership and program oversight. She also serves as Portfolio Administrator and Training Specialist at Stride, Inc., where she supports professional development and portfolio management. Her career includes over eight years as a Middle School English Teacher and Mentor at Agora Cyber Charter School, where she taught advanced learners in grades 6-8 and was endorsed in Gifted Education. She holds a Master of Gifted and Talented Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Education in English Language and Literature from PennWest Edinboro, both with 4.0 GPAs. She is recognized as a passionate, student-centered, and innovative educator and leader who is deeply committed to empowering gifted learners, supporting teacher development, and advancing educational excellence in virtual and blended learning environments.
