Pamela Tibbs

I've been in my field for 6 years. I lead groups that I call virtual salons online, which are groups of women who get together to explore different self-development and spiritual topics. I run two of those per week and also have individual client sessions. Beyond coaching, I'm running a business, so I'm constantly marketing, learning more and more about business, and learning to be an entrepreneur. I'm putting myself out there doing small webinars and running Facebook groups, trying all the things. It's a challenge every day, but I love it. I love to challenge myself and be in the thick of it, learning and sometimes succeeding. I'm coming up on a one-year anniversary of leading a successful group program at the virtual salon, which I consider my most notable professional achievement so far.
