01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Just because it looks hard at the present does not mean you cannot figure it out. Try to live outside your career, outside your day-to-day life, build your own life, have an individual full life. If you didn't get the job, but you have a party to go to, attend that party, dance at 2AM, don't care about what the other people will think. Align with yourself.
