About Paola
Paola Esparza began her career with an undergraduate degree in dance and education, teaching high school dance for one semester before pursuing an MBA in business administration. She spent 12 to 15 years in ministry, starting as a ministry events coordinator at Lakewood Church and serving as an assistant and director of administration for John Gray Ministries and later Love Story Church, where she also served as a pastor in the women's ministry. In 2024, she transitioned to the supplements industry, joining a company that consolidates multiple brands under one owner. In her role, she focuses on administrative processes and developing a healthier company culture alongside a people operations manager. Her work emphasizes impactful, purpose-driven efforts similar to her ministry background.
