With over two decades of experience in corporate finance, analytics, and operational leadership, she has developed a reputation for bridging the gap between financial insight and executive decision-making. Before founding Orion, Parinda held key leadership roles across the healthcare and financial services industries, including serving as Group CFO at DaVita Kidney Care, where she led financial operations for a $1.6B portfolio spanning multiple states. She also spent several years as Director of Analytics at Aegis Living, where she pioneered enterprise-wide analytics initiatives that drove revenue growth and digital transformation. Throughout her career, Parinda has been recognized for her ability to align financial strategy with operational performance and to lead high-performing teams through periods of significant organizational change.

Parinda earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration (Cum Laude) and MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University.
