Her Story
About Parminder
Parminder Kaur is the Director of Nursing. She has been in healthcare since 2015 and completed her RN school in Texas. She is almost finished with her nurse practitioner program specializing in psychiatry, with one year left. Parminder decided to specialize in mental health to bring awareness to the stigma around mental health, drawing from her own experiences. She attributes her success to her mother and her prayers, as well as the support of her family.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My success I attribute to my mother and her prayers. Knowing that there's someone who will always be there no matter what phase you're in means everything to me. My mom, dad, and brother are everything, and I do everything for them despite the challenges we've faced with my diagnosis.
