Parul Joshi

Parul Joshi is a Senior Product Manager with five years in her current title and a total of ten years in her field. She earned a bachelor's and master's in computer science and began her career in engineering and development roles before transitioning into product management at the suggestion of a mentor. In her role, Parul defines product vision and roadmaps, gathers customer insights, writes detailed requirements, leads cross-functional teams across engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, and other departments, manages stakeholders, and oversees product execution and success metrics. She previously launched a mobile health application that quickly reached 100,000 users. Parul is a member of Women in Products, where she leads groups outside her company Cisco, and she encourages young women in the industry to build confidence through self-belief and hard work.
