I've been working as a life coach and mental health advocate for almost 11 years now. A typical day in my role involves speaking with women who are looking for a chance to start over, to minimize the pain and hurt that they experienced during broken relationships, divorce, and life trauma.

I believe broken pieces can be mended. I want to help women heal from that brokenness. I help women create mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wealth. While I am walking alongside them on this journey of self-discovery, I help them envision what their life could look like after putting in the work and investing in themselves.

Many of my clients are offered a chance to participate in my through my 12-Week Healing from Brokenness Program. I also offer hands on workshops centered around mending brokenness with targeted topics that help infuse the process.

My most notable professional achievement so far is writing my book, 'Loving Me Back to Life, Letters to My Husband,' which was published in 2020, right during COVID. This book reflects how I invested in myself as I picked up my broken pieces and mendes them together to take a chance on myself and move forward. I welcomed and embraced the person I was becoming.
