The best career advice I’ve ever received is to “hit the ground running.” It’s a mindset that encourages me to approach every opportunity with confidence, preparation, and a focus on delivering results from the very start. Embracing this approach has helped me build momentum, establish credibility, and consistently make a meaningful impact in my work.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to embrace your strength and not let others' perceptions hold you back. Strong, independent women often face labels such as "difficult," "hard to work with," or "closed off." However, these misconceptions do not define you. Recognize that perception can be misleading, and stay true to yourself. Forge your own path with confidence and determination.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating constant changes while ensuring that contributions are recognized and valued. At the same time, these shifts present opportunities to innovate, adapt, and demonstrate resilience. By staying proactive and focused, I’m able to turn change into a platform for growth, strengthen my skills, and create meaningful impact even in evolving environments.
