I am a legal executive and former federal prosecutor with a background in complex litigation, white-collar enforcement, and global risk management.
As Chief Legal Officer at Mintz Group, I oversee legal, compliance, and governance strategy for a global investigative and due diligence firm. My focus is helping organizations navigate regulatory uncertainty, manage risk, and operate with integrity across jurisdictions.
Previously, I served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the United States Attorneys' Offices, where I led significant federal prosecutions. Before entering public service, I practiced at Milbank LLP and Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, representing domestic and international clients in high-stakes litigation and government investigations.
